This is hilarious

The fact anyone can run a company, casually leak thousands of people's licenses and hundreds of thousands of other people's personal info and somehow keep their job is astounding

I do agree that Optus’s technical team did wonders on the day to get the network back up and running.

The problem was that due to mismanagement with the administration and executive teams, the network was held together with spit and duct tape. It is a wonder it hadn’t crashed this bad previously!

well she oversaw some absolute own goals and has questionable hiring choices. good riddance to be honest
