Draft picks won’t mean much for us. The simple fact is that high draft picks mean nothing if you’ve created a culture of losing in the process.

Armchair GM here: Can the coach and coordinators, keep Fields, trade back a spot or two to pick up additional assets, and draft MJH and Alt or Turner.
