I mean, won't that kind of be up to the new HC? Seems like they'd really be hampering themselves if theyre trying to hire a new HC but saying he has to keep the staff that went 1-11.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it’s just to try and keep recruits from decommitting or entering the portal? It seems unlikely to not have some assistant coaching changes when a new coach comes in, especially given the circumstances.
