google results in safari keep fading/dimming when scrolling? How to disable it? (alien.top)

When I scroll down google results in safari, the black subtexts under each headline link always sorta fades while scrolling until I’ve stopped, does anyone know how to disable this? Started happening last week, is it one of those feature flags in advanced safari settings?

I have also noticed this and it is extremely annoying! Especially when using dark mode. Text under the clickable portion fades to unreadable then slowly fades back after scrolling stops
