Pulsating screen when using a specific power outlet (alien.top)

Hi there,

Just a few moments ago, I attached my MacBook to a power outlet. When touching the back of the screen it felt like it was pulsating. I detached it from the power and the pulsating went away. Back in, it was back. Using a different power outlet, it was also gone.

Any idea what this might be related to? Thanks y'all!

Not at all an electrician. But maybe something like a bad ground or some wiring issue I'd assume. I obviously wouldn't use that outlet anymore.
