My MacBook got alcohol (70 ethyl alcohol) under the screen I know the the anti glare layer is damaged the is a brightness spot in the screen will it go on its own or not and if so will anti glare screen protector fix most of anti glare problem

Likely wont get worse but it wont get any better, only fix is screen replacement

No screen protector will fix the now stained internal layers of the display. Your only option is to replace the display or deal with it as is.
