Is it okay to turn on low power mode all day? (alien.top)

I turn on low power mode when I’m outside because I don’t use my phone that much. I was wondering is it okay to keep turning on low power mode? Plus, is it safe for my phone battery health?

I live where a network has very weak signal. The phone (iPhone 13 Pro) uses 20-50% of the battery trying to find a signal. Turned on LP mode to conserve a bit of battery. Done so for over a month with no issues.

15 pro user here. use low power mode all the time. the battery is CRAP if i decide to turn it off
