Apple refuses to swap band for my purchase of Apple Watch Ultra which I bought from apple authorized seller in this case Walmart. Has anyone had a similar experience? The purchase is well within the 14 days.

Why Apple would do that? If you bought an Apple Watch from Walmart, and want to return it, ask Walmart, not Apple.

They almost never allow this. it’s a germ thing. If they take a watch strap back it has to be thrown away…

It’s not worth even five minutes of hassle. Far superior bands are all over the internet for a fraction of what Apple overcharges.
