iPhone 13 Pro Max microphone issue (alien.top)

I have an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max microphone, the one at the bottom used for calls. It’s very static and doesn’t pick up my voice, but for some reason when I hit it with enough force it kinda works again, still has static and my volume has to me high to hear me. Is this a sign of a bad mic or just a bad connection?
