how do i change the name of the owner on my iphone? (alien.top)

i got this phone when i was young and i didnt take it seriously, so every time i go to reset my google password it says "confirm on ___'s iphone" and i want to change that name. ive tried everything, the name of my device is different and in general > about > name its different but its not changing. what do i do?

specs: iphone 13 ios 16.6.1
