Why is my apple watch S8 not calculating my stairs? (alien.top)

I live on the 3rd floor, so when I go back up at home, my HR easily goes up to 130 but my apple watch is not calculating my HR, neither my stairs climbed. Anyone has a quick fix?

Note : It does calculate it sometimes. But today, I took 2x the 3 flights of stairs and none of them were entered in the HR data.
