how to take 48 megapixel photos in night mode? (alien.top)

If I recall correctly, in night mode the iPhone (14 & 15 pro) bing their quad pixel and result in a 12 megapixel photo. Is there a way to have/force a night mode, or just a picture at night, with the full 48 megapixels?

Turn on raw max and turn off night mode
