My friend has an IPhone with "IPhone not available message" when you open the screen. I've read that this happens when you make too many wrong attempts to unlock the phone to the point it permanently locks itself but I don't think this is what happened to them. Anyone knows how to fix this? They went to the Apple store but apparently said they can't help. Ideally they don't wanna reset the phone as it has pictures on it that are not backed up on Icloud so they'll be lost.
