i’m coming from galaxy (both phone and watch) and something i loved was arm curl, arm raises, side raises, etc counting 10 reps and then doing a stretch timer. i’ve gotten used to the 30 with stretches between them. is there a way to track this on apple watch? it’s got all these workouts and sports, but no simple at home workouts? or am i not looking in the right spot?
