I’m iPhone 11 Pro 512GB user for 4 years now and I’m now looking to upgrade for the 15 Pro. I currently use around half of the storage in my 11 Pro. My main use for storage is photography and film (4K), plus temporary data (spotify songs and Netflix media). I also have iCloud storage (using 600GB of 2TB plan). See image.
Therefore, my dilemma is that I don’t know if to stay in the same size (512GB) or upgrade to the 1Tb version. I never shot ProRes but is something I’d like to use.
Should I pay the extra price and go for the 1Tb, giving that I wanna shot ProRes and RAW, or would I be ok staying with 512Gb? Do ProRes and RAW files back up to iCloud Photos or is that not supported?
