Is there any way to make a shortcut where whenever I plug my iPhone it asks whether to use optimized charging or charge to 80%?

Would be nice to have the option the night before whenever I know I'm not going to be home most of the next day and need that 100% without having to go into the settings to switch every time between optimized and 80%.
