It's great that Canada is producing more batteries. It's sad, though, that this company used to be an early Canadian pioneer for battery technology, and was sold for a mere $5M to Japanese (which later was merged and moved to Taiwan), and now Canada is investing $280M to build a plant without clearly mentioning if they are gaining partial ownership of the company or own parts of the factory.
