iPhone 12 Laggy On Apps (alien.top)

I’ve just upgraded from my iPhone 11 to a family members old iPhone 12 a few days back, and the performance is far worse in applications. Its fine, but then for example, in Instagram I will hold to unsend a message or reply, and it will freeze before the menu finally appears about 6 seconds later. Same thing with duolingo, i click on a prompt to see the translation and it freezes then unfreezes about 6 seconds later. I never had this issue with the 11 and its really frustrating… any suggestions?

I have my iPhone 12 for almost 2 years and 8 months and never had any freeze issues, until 17.0.1.. phone started to freeze while using the camera app, in some cases it totally freezes then restarts, keyboard lags hard sometimes while using whatsapp. I think updating it to the latest version of software will eventually make the lagging experience even worse but I gotta live with it until my 15 PM gets delivered. Waiting for it for 4 weeks now xD. I still did not had any issues with Instagram whatsoever.
