I think Ryan Cohen has a forced gag order on him from the SEC anyone else?

i don't believe the SEC is gagging him. I think more likely RC is silent by choice.

"You won’t find us talking a big game, making a bunch of lofty promises or telegraphing our strategy to the competition" - RC when he became chairman of GameStop.

They can issue orders of confidentiality during an investigation, and settlement agreements can contain restrictions also. But they cannot issue gag orders per se.
