Honestly we should not even entertain the thought of drafting a QB. We should take the best player available or trade back. I have 0 faith in the Bears developing a qb and none of the qbs this year really wow me enough to think that they could be the guy that breaks the bears qb curse

They still have Fields on a rookie contract and their best chance to win is with Fields. They should continue to add to their defense. Terrible move at this point to draft Williams 1st overall

Prefer Maye and Harrison but you cant be mad at this draft, 2 very highly regarded prospects at positions of need

As someone who has watched a lot of Caleb's games we don't want him. Dude lacks mental toughness and is not a leader. Would be a waste of a 1st round. I will be pissed if we draft him.

If u don't get Marvin Harrison Jr. the draft is a wash. If u get anything out this draft it's MHJ and nothing else. Literally nothing else matters. Everything else is so much less important it's not funny.

MHJ and a solid line would be great honestly. Justin Fields still got it in him. Just needs protection. Caleb is iffy, I don’t trust him. He struggles as is VS high caliber teams.

1. Caleb Williams has said he would go back to play another year
2. the bears aren't on his list of teams he wants to play for

For everybody saying pass on a QB and just build the roster, that hasn’t proven to win championships. That’s why the 49ers haven’t won a Super Bowl yet because they tried that with Jimmy G and it didn’t work out. 9 times out of 10, if you have a good roster it will always be wasted by mediocre QB play. I love Fields, but unfortunately we have to decide what to do with him at the end of this year. As it stands now, he has not looked good enough to be our starter for the foreseeable future. I’d LOVE to be wrong, and I hope he proves me wrong in these next 7 weeks, but I think it’s foolish to assume otherwise

The simple fact of the matter is the QB is the most essential part of a team and we would be stupid to pass up a QB in this years draft

I don't want Williams. I'm riding with Fields and I'm drafting MHJ while continuing to fills holes around the roster.

Listen.. I’d feel terrible for passing on a generational talent like MHJ. The Bears need a true Center but our Defense lacks an edge. But no matter what if MHJ is there, you gotta take him

Unless Fields stinks it up for the last several games we should take MHJ + OL. I think people on this sub are looking for a Aaron Rodgers/Mahomes/Burrow type QB that can take over a game and put up insane numbers. But the truth is there are only like 5 or 6 human beings on earth capable of playing on that level and the chances of us hitting on somebody like that in the draft is extremely low. I would be ecstatic if we could turn Fields into an Andy Dalton type QB that probably isn’t going to light up the scoreboard, but also isn’t going to actively lose you games.

It'd be frustrating to admit that Fields was done, but if he doesn't play great in the last 7 games it's probably time to face it.

I don't think Braxton Jones is a hole that needs filled, I thought there was a Edge that's a possible top 5 and sure top 10 pick.

I don’t trust this front office to be able to develop any QB. CW goes to the Bears and he’s going to look just as bad as Fields, Trubisky, Cutler, Grossman.

All I’ll say of they seem committed to Braxton and Darnell Wright is very good. I guess I’m not sure what you’re accomplishing taking a tackle, they would need an interior lineman
