Stuck on splash screens (alien.top)

Ever since the last update, I’ve been having apps get stuck on the splash screen. It isn’t all the time but when it happens even a restart won’t fix it. I’ll just come back a couple hours later and the app works again. No updates pending, I’ve done everything but restore my phone at this point. Anyone else having this issue?

Same here. Its just frustrating. Don’t wanna factory reset
