Custom ringtone for email not working (alien.top)

Hello. What can be cause that custom ringtone made using garageband from mp3 is playing fine when selecting, but is not played when email arrives?
iPhone 15 pro, ios 17.1.1, Apple Mail.

Got it solved:

Settings/Notifications/Mail/Adjust notifications at the bottom and had to enable Alerts for each mail account.
