It's okay guys, I'm sure the 28th Conference of the Parties being held in the UAE will be the one where we finally get this under control. In the US the IRA is going to kick in any minute and drop our emissions to the level needed to maintain 2 C of warming despite all the LNG expansion that the administration is also signing off on.
Not a call to action, but if something were to happen to the AC in the COP's convention hall, that would be funny.

This is really upsetting. Some days I feel like the Prims from William Gibson’s “The Peripheral” had the right idea. This modern post-industrial age of endless consumption is gonna kill us all
