Cannot wait. That said, I doubt drivers would comply. There's next to no enforcement in Toronto. There's widespread rule breaking today, beyond turning right on red issues.
It'll be nice once facial recognition advances to the point where we can issue electronic tickets to jaywalkers and cyclists too!
