Probably wont ever. It consumes a lot more power than 60hz. In a device that already has a 1 day battery life, its not a good idea. Im using an ultra, and its fine how it is now. Battery life is way more important than 120hz an a watch.

No, it would be a massive Battery Hog while adding nothing of Value to the Apple Watch.

Faster Refresh Screens are only useful (but still mostly overrated) if you scroll a lot or play Games.

If anything, we need a lower refresh rate watch to conserve battery.
