Touch screen response and stutters in iOS 17.1.1 (alien.top)

This seems to be an ongoing issue with iOS 17. I thought it was fixed with 17.1 but issues seems to come back. Sometimes screen doesn’t respond to touch or seems slow. Also getting stuttering when swiping how sometimes. Anyone else?

Same thing on my 12pm it works somewhat but editing the Home Screen and things like that swiping away apps or scrolling are all messed up
