I interviewed a participant in my study yesterday and recorded the whole thing using my iPhone. The recording lasted 46 minutes, and as I'm about to transcribe it now I keep pressing the play icon but it just greys out and won't play. I then went over to my mac and tried to play it there and it did but the problem this time around is that it's only 25 seconds long. What happened to the rest?!
Troubleshooting I've done so far:
- Restart my phone twice.
- Double checked if my IOS is updated. It is.
- Check if the other recordings are playable and they are.
- Checked voice memos in the iphone settings.
Please help me. This is for my research for my masters and the data I gathered is really important. Thank you in advance .
