How to Shutdown iPhone XS Max using only the buttons without the display? (alien.top)

The upper half of the touchscreen doesnt work, so i cant turn it off using the display. Is there a way i can shut it off by only using the buttons? Or should i let it drain its battery?

I know how to restart it using only buttons but i need to turn it off to change its display.
