im trying to get this update but it's stuck like this and doesn't start the download. I tried to restart the watch and the iphone and it didn't fix it.

..is your watch charging and over 50% battery?
For some reason, phone needs to be connected to wifi, in other to update AW. But phone doesn't need wifi when it updates itself.
