Firefox lately. It's just better than Brave or ddg or safari

Safari 99% of the time.

  1. All iOS and iPadOS browsers are still Safari under the wrapper anyway (for now at least).
  2. I have an iMac and an iPad so this just keeps things consistent across the ecosystem.
  3. You can’t uninstall Safari on iOS. Between that and (1), why clutter up my device with extra icons that essentially do the same thing?
  4. I am slowly but surely degoogling; just personal preference. I’m down to just a legacy Gmail address that mostly catches spam these days. I need to get around to updating my address on the last of the “important” accounts.

I do have Chrome as a compatibility backup on the iPad and the iMac. On the iPad and iMac, it bypasses the complaints of a particular website that claims it won’t work with Safari and yet it works fine on iPad Chrome anyway.

Safari with Wipr extension on iPhone.

Firefox with ublock on Desktop

[–] Wakellor957@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Edge. Works seamlessly with Windows and it's features are pretty darn great now. They also fixed collections so they're easily searchable and categorisaboe on both pc and mobilr

Now that we can have different tab groups in Safari, I have no reason to use another browser

[–] Nikiwi26@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I use all of them

[–] MegaKrak@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

MS Edge because of Microsoft Rewards organization, and optimization.

[–] Cammywammy907@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Why not use Safari when it’s the only one out the lot with AdBlock capability.

[–] ripper_14@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Duck, Duck, Go

[–] moonisflat@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Chrome then safari

[–] intromatt@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Chrome, of course. I'm not a monster.

Only used Chrome for years; switched to Safari on my iOS devices about a year ago as it’s very smooth and super optimized for iOS. Also like how it will create a random strong password for you and save it if you’re making a new account on any site. Still have chrome installed as a backup and I always use chrome on my computers too.

Safari or DuckDuckGo for privacy.

Google and safari

[–] Adventurous_Battle42@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari on my phone and Firefox on my laptop

[–] ULookLiike@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Arc Browser

Safari for iphone js good

[–] Beliodek@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I really really want to like Safari, but I can’t, it’s always something missing. Arc is my best pick at this moment, better than brave in multi profile managing, prettier than other browsers.

[–] Ok_Gear8608@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Both google and safari, I like the google widget and I use it to google quick things when I need to, but I use safari for everything else :)

[–] Med_achraf_Rh@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Used to use safari until it became insanely power hungry draining my battery fast with ios 17 .. i switched to chrome and the problem is solved .. though i really liked safari optimisation..

Safari (for iphone) and chrome for pc

[–] SubTheHan@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Surprised to say safari. Never in a million years did I think I would end up loving apple products but here we are

[–] Spinak3r@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I use safari on my apple products and then Firefox on my PC

[–] Spicyram3n@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Brave due to its built in ad blocking.

[–] FoxyMoxie13@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Firefox everywhere. The chrome app is way easier on iPhone than Firefox is, but it's easier to transfer a tab from laptop to iPhone or vice versa

[–] jeanmichd@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Firefox focus and Safari. Nothing Google spying on me…

[–] AffordableTimeTravel@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari, I used to use it because of how it synced with my other devices. But now I use safari just because I prefer it with its latest updates over the years.

[–] Droiddoesyourmom@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Firefox baby!
