Firefox. Way faster than Safari even if it’s still WebKit

[–] Meister021@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari as main browser. Brave for YouTube since I can’t PIP on Safari. Firefox is just there since it’s my main browser on PC.

Safari. But on windows i use firefox

[–] titobanuelos@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Edge. Drop makes all my devices easy to use together.

Firefox. Can't wait for the actual Firefox to enter the app store per EU regulations.

[–] kiiyyuul@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari. Apple made it so that any other browser would be difficult to use. I give anyone credit for trying something else.

Safari on my iPhone, and Samsung Internet on my Android.

[–] Timely-Shine@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari on iOS, Firefox on desktop

[–] ChallengeOfTheDark@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari, Mozilla and Opera. No way I’m touching Chrome on any device.

Orion, its built on Safari but has built in ad block like Brave

[–] MReprogle@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Netscape Navigator

[–] kurutchin@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari on iPhone, Safari on iPad and Chrome on PC. I'd like to go the "one browser only" route, but as Safari is not available on PC...

Safari because it’s the only one that allows me to use an adblocker by the looks of it.

[–] Arikaido777@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

firefox supremacy. down with chromium

[–] yesyoustrollin@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Little known fact, chrome is actually safari with a chrome style wrapper because apple doesn’t want other browsers on their devices.

[–] Serialtoon@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Yes.

Safari for iOS cause Apple

Chrome for Windows

Firefox for Debian/Linux

Edge for work Windows

[–] Important_Cow7230@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Chrome - I need a browser than I can quickly sync to windows machines in a work environment for lunchtime life admin duties, or in internet cafes around the world. Safari is too platform restricted.

But Apple needs to open up iOS to other browser engines so us users can get real choice, at the moment they force Chrome etc to use their engine.

Then you will see other browsers really outperforming Safari, like they do on desktop. Come on Apple, give your customers the chance to use the best browsers

Safari with ad blocker extension.

[–] beckiset@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari mainly, firefox occasionally

[–] mor1992@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari on both my phone and my Mac, but I use Chrome as a back up in case a website doesn’t play nice with Safari

[–] vialenae@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Opera GX 🤷🏽‍♀️

[–] acem8887@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

safari on my phone, firefox on my pc

[–] AdministrativeFudge9@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Edge with google is best

[–] Aromatic_Wallaby_433@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Firefox because I also have a PC so I can share between devices.

[–] Tjunkie@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

For iPhone strictly Safari. For Mac i use Arc which is chromium based

[–] UrLilBrudder@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari on iPhone, brave everywhere else

[–] pallettownbry@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I use Safari mainly because the other browsers are just skins of Safari. If they had the same functionality as the desktop versions, I would probably use Firefox. It would be sweet if LibreWolf existed on iOS but sadly it does not. I’ve also got Safari loaded with the following extensions:

  • Vinegar
  • Baking Soda
  • Stop the Madness
  • AdGuard
  • Consent O Matic

Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Chrome on windows and occasionally on Mac

Mostly Brave, sometimes Safari.

[–] Aldamur@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari, it work pretty well

[–] AlexDaMan22@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I used Microsoft edge, then I tried chrome for a while, and now I came back to edge.

with windows 11, Microsoft edge got a redesign, and it looks way better, and has new features too

[–] CroutontheCrouton@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari since it’s more efficient and smoother than Google

[–] drhippopotato@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Unpopular opinion: I prefer Edge to Chrome.

[–] Neco-Arc-Chaos@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Duck duck go.

[–] Ready_Ad_4395@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Safari 99%, chrome 1%

[–] Neuromancer2112@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Started with Chrome (was a Chrome user for close to a decade), then Edge suddenly got way better and had a few extra features that Chrome didn’t have.

Currently staying with Edge.
