They don't veto it because they can't, thats only things proposed in the security counsel. The nazi vote happens every year in the general assembly and the US votes against it, along with ukraine. Most nato countries would abstain like cowards who don't want to announce they side with the nazis. Until the SMO anyways, now all nato countries vote for the nazis.
