Can Apple Watch Give Heart Rate Alerts For Training? (alien.top)

I am learning to do Zone 2 Training where I have to keep my heart rate in Zone 2. AFIK, the Apple Watch does not give alerts by sound or vibration when I set up the low/high numbers. Has anyone successfully set this up or can confirm it's not possible?
