As title states, my gf lost her phone and can't figure out her Apple ID. I know zero about the Iphone world.

I know it can be found via icloud, are there any third party, workarounds, or advice anyone can provide?. Thanks in advance!

Well, if you don't know your Apple ID, the phone is good as gone. Sorry.
