How to cancel "Unable to verify app" message if no sim card or wifi available? (alien.top)

Official apple support says you must connect to the internet to get past this message. Is there a way to do this if you dont have access to a sim card or wifi? I downloaded these apps already from the app store and dont want this restriction to come up again and again.
