Maybe this sub reddit is not the best place for asking this question, probably the Android sub reddit would be better.

I literally bought the s22 ultra when I wanted to replace my 13…I went back to my 13. My reasoning is that Android has soooo many menus just to get to very simple things. I wish I could give you exact examples but this was months ago, I upgraded to the 15 pro after returning the s22 ultra. Loved the cameras, hated the interface with…everything!

You could argue that apple has settings for lots of things buried within the settings app. Pretty much what you described, simple things hidden away.

Ex Samsung user. Left my s22ultra to get a 15PM. Had over heating on wireless charging only. Texting app is miles behind iMessage. I find autocorrect better on iPhone. Lots and lots of menus to navigate round.

On the plus side personalisation is way better. Can change fonts, icon look. Icon size etc. battery about the same lasts a day with moderate use. Side load apps so more open UI.
