Can I use 45w adapter to charge IPhone 15 pro? Also I have Samsung adapter and can I use it?

It will be fine if it is USB C Power Delivery compliant and can deliver either 5V@3A or 9V@3A. It very likely can, but you never know with android adapters. (Being a 45W adapter, it can likely also deliver 15V@3A, and maybe other voltages, but those won't matter with the iPhone.)
