How do you think conservatives would react to that? Do you think they'd call it baby murder, or will they claim it's not a real fetus?

With the way transmisogyny works? It'll be both. It's always both.

naming my child Antichrist

[–] Umechan@hexbear.net 17 points 2 years ago

The antichrist is the real christ.

In Christian mythology, there's a creature called a "Cambion" that is a demon-child born of the successive intercourse between a man and succubus, that succubus and an incubus, and then that incubus and a woman (and theologians debate how/if this isn't just a human pregnancy with extra steps). I think that the abortion will be called infanticide but living babies would be called Cambions.

Since skin counts as an organ does that mean you will have 12 layers of skin?

[–] GarbageShoot@hexbear.net 7 points 2 years ago

Skin normally has several layers already, so more like 36 layers

Can I donate mine but only for a specific time of the month?

[–] Kuori@hexbear.net 20 points 2 years ago

i'd pluck out one of my own eyes and eat it raw if it meant having a uterus sicko-wistful

What's annoying is they do transplant uteruses. In fact, there's already been a handful of children born to women with transplanted uteruses. They just don't consider transwomen to be candidates. There's no particular reason they just don't!

You can't have a SVB with a uterus transplant, it's always c-section. And you have to take immunosuppressants while you have it - they usually take it out after a couple children or years, the benefit doesn't outweigh the risk after you have kids generally. But there's no reason transwomen can't! We got blood vessels, we can get donor eggs, we can get hormones, everything's there but the medical system letting us 🙃
