Question about appletv+ sharing through T-Mobile plan (alien.top)

Hello! So my dad is the one primarily in charge of our phone stuff, we were trying to get the Apple TV+ subscription that comes with our T-mobile plan, but being my dad is the main number it has to be through him. If I clicked the link he sent me, and logged into my Apple ID. Would that mean my Apple ID will now be connected to his phone number? I’m paranoid now that he could have access to all of my stuff
