Me too! The biggest thing I miss from the old iPhones! I even put off updating my Apple Watch because it still had 3D Touch 😭

I miss the camera taking up a less than a sixth of the phones size! But yeah deffo miss 3D Touch also.

It's the only thing better about iOS/iPhone from the past.
The experience was notably better, and still has yet to be matched.

It was absolutely one of my favourite features scrolling through text and selecting with one finger. Underrated feature

i'd only used 3d touch on my 6s for a couple months before i broke it and switched to android for a few years, and yet i still kinda miss it on my current 13 after all

XS and XS Max are the last iPhones remaining with 3D Touch. Once they’re dropped, it will be officially dead.

Can this come back with software?

I’ll be the minority, I hated 3D Touch I constantly would “peek” into things by accident

I love 3D! Made everything faster and just felt natural!

I also was sad it got removed, I was cranked in Cod mobile on my IPhone 8, i used to shoot with 3D touch. Well i got used to playing claw with my iPad after a while but still, im not able to play it on my Phone anymore because in Legendary ranked you just gotta be destroyed and its not possible to play decently with just 2 fingers or shitty 4 finger claw on mobile

I remember getting 3D Touch on my 6S and they spoke like it’s the future and I got so hype with my phone.

Then within a year they just went “we made a dumb mistake, all you need to do is long hold instead of 3D press, 3D Touch is pointless”

I miss the old reliable touch id

Haptic touch now is just as good as it. You can shorten the timespan you have to press something in the settings. The new "short" option makes it so responsive and just as fast as 3d touch. I love it!

i would sacrifice the app library and widgets to get 3d touch back. both are features i dont use at all because i think they were executed very poorly. 3d touch on the other hand was in daily use and it felt amazing

Haptic touch with fast response is exactly the same as 3D touch. Without need to press harder

Meh. People always complain about this. I used 3D touch a lot when it came out but now we have so many ways of doing the same thing on iOS that i don’t really see the need for it anymore. Besides haptic touch it’s just the same.
