My iPhone keeps turning off after a minute of being and turns on again and keeps repeating this (alien.top)

I just got a new iPhone as was due an upgrade but I can’t transfer over from my old phone to new phone as it keeps crashing. My phone will turn on for a minute, turn itself off and on again and keeps repeating

Any advice?
