They're a bad idea only if your goal is to see social needs addressed, even if the costs are fully externalized.

If your goal is to further the neoliberal "it doesn't get done if it doesn't make someone money" agenda, than P3 anything is a great idea!

Having recently properly understood how our system works through the MMT lens, I facepalm every time I hear someone say there's no money for needed public infrastructure. 🤦🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️
