The sharp whit and good manners of Mr. Anderson is a great example of what “kill them by living well” means. I wish I could have seen when the old master read that letter.

That whole channel is amazing, just fantastic reads of old letters and speeches.
Yep! I've posted a couple of their videos in the past. Gladly subscribed.
It took me a few seconds to parse that “old master” was that of the slave writing the letter, and not Laurence Fishburne.
What a great letter. Hard to imagine someone having a sense of humor about the situation, but he did it.
Exceptional. I’m glad this man and his wife were finally able to live the life they deserved, and see their daughters grow up free.
Such a good series, so many wonderful moments and stories. Well worth the subscribe!
