I own Fawlty Towers, I bought it from iTunes years ago. I was trying to watch it on my Apple TV when I noticed my Apple TV and other devices are weird about it.

I can watch individual episodes, but I can’t add it to up next. If I ask Siri on my Apple TV it pulls up a page saying “content unavailable”, which I’ve never run across before.

It seems it’s no longer in the iTunes Store, which I’m guessing is somehow the problem.

Is this a known issue that has been around for a while? Or maybe something new? I’ve never run across it before.

Yes this has been so ever since Up Next was made available, if a show is no longer available in the store or available via a third party streaming service then it will not show in Up Next.

Unfortunately even if a show is available via a third party then Up Next will link to the third party rather than your library all the while it’s not available for purchase.

I had the same issue with the Constantine series as that’s not longer available in the UK Store.
