For that insane price let it change!
This was exactly what happened to me (15 pro max black). I bought it in the Apple Store in Amsterdam and when I opened it at home I noticed a dent on the edge of my camera. I immediately went back to the Apple Store and received a new one at the same time without hesitation from the employees. It costs a lot of money, so I would say bring it back!
Even the iPhone 15 pro has a small scratch on the titanium! close to the display.
This is where my iphone 15 pro is marked!
Bro will drop it tomorrow and it will have two extra dents… but this tiny spec of dust is so important?
One day y’all are talking about “reduce ewaste, iPhones are better because they last so long” and the other minute you want to replace it because of this?

I had a tiny scratch on my 15 Pro Max Screen out of the box, I didn't even notice it until I turned on my desk light to install the glass screen protector. Apple exchanged it as soon as they got more stock, and actaully wound up getting the white color I wanted all along. Weird to see this type of QC though for a $1000+ phone from Apple.
The hand of the kid that made it was so small he accidentally dropped it.
Mine did too… not really worth the hassle of getting it replaced.
So the problem is very widespread?!
It's not a dent, it's a feature...
The children who made it had enough and scratched the phone.
Apple should offer a pre-dinged device option. This would alleviate my stressing about the brand new state of my gear until they eventually get blemished. $50 off and it will come with a small scratch. My life would be less stressful.
QC has definitely gone down with the 15 line

everyone’s raging and i’d just be glad i wouldn’t be the first one to put a mark on the phone (just the reason for the smashed screen that is always inevitable)

If it's meant to be brand new, and you aren't happy, get it returned and replaced. After all, it's your money and your phone!
