Since there are already two sides trying to genocide each other, I believe that King Solomon would wholeheartedly approve this compromise solution (the twist is, whoever starts packing up first keeps the land)
Honestly not very different from the plan that established Israel in the first place.
Probably less destructive long-term than keeping that powder keg around forever.
Also can we just nuke Jerusalem after displacing the residents? I feel like that city just existing has been a net-negative on human civilization for a while now given how many radical idiots use it to justify their crimes.
Without Jerusalem there would just be another city to fight over sadly
