How do I disable notifications on apple watch? (alien.top)

Hearing both my Apple watch and iPhone ring when someone calls (with different ringtones mind you) makes my blood boil. I've went into the Phone app on the Watch app and selected Notifications Off but this still happens. I also don't see any way to disable other notifications en masse (please don't tell me I have to manually disable each app).
