My new Apple Watch Ultra 2 states that I am standing much longer than I do each day. I have a desk job, so I'm probably only standing for two hours or so after work. The Apple tech said to calibrate the watch with a 20-minute walk outside, but I'm not sure how that is supposed to help. Any ideas?

Stand hours are calculated by standing 1 min per hour. Walking to the fridge or bathroom would accomplish this. Also, just because you don’t understand how that recalibrates doesn’t mean that’s not the correct way to do it. Go for the walk!
