Please help, does this icon mean that my attempt to ‘erase’ an old, lost phone was successful? (alien.top)

Secondary question, does the fact it has a partial charge and was captured 6 min ago mean it has indeed been charged/reactivated? I accidentally left an old iphone at my last apartment and I am so scared they are using it and have access to all my shit. I tried to mark it as lost but the setting wouldn’t work so I opted to erase it and now have this trash can bin. What does it mean? 🥲

as far as i know, the only thing they could use the phone for is as a paperweight.

Thank you this really soothed my anxiety I was having a full on panic attack last night when I realized what had happened (left an old phone that may have had no passcode at my old rental on accident). I was able to open find my on my laptop and it showed ‘erased’ near the trash can icon so I think I am okay now

To my knowledge, the next time the device powers up it will receive your request (thru the Find My network or WiFi etc.) to mark it as lost or erase it.
