you'll need to manually start sleep focus or set a sleep schedule. you'll get sleep stages when you sleep more than four hours.

I use the Medication reminder, it does appear to need a time but it sends a reminder that stays on screen. You can set follow up reminders until you log having taken them If you think you might swipe it away. It has been very helpful in the little bit of time I have used it.
